Dragodo live metrics provides analytics, insights, and downloadable reports derived from publicly available data on social media platforms, specifically TikTok and Instagram. These insights may include, but are not limited to:

  • Public profile analysis (followers, posts, engagement, bio content, etc.)
  • AI-generated reports or metrics (e.g., estimated fake follower ratios)
  • Comment sentiment classification (basic NLP analysis)
  • Niche ranking and benchmarking
  • PDF exports of analyzed data

All information is derived from publicly visible user data. We do not collect or access private user information, login credentials, or non-public APIs.

2. User Eligibility

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old;
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into this contract;
  • You are not using the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
  • You will only use the Services for lawful purposes.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Services:

  • To violate any local, state, national, or international law;
  • To interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services or data therein;
  • To reverse engineer, copy, distribute, or otherwise misuse the platform or analytics logic;

4. Payment and Billing

  • Services are provided upon payment confirmation and are generally non-refundable
  • The very first transaction is refundable. Subsequent transactions are not refundable
  • You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion (e.g., in cases of fraud, abuse, or policy violation).

Exceptions

Refunds may be issued only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment for the same order
  • Failure to deliver the report within 72 hours
  • Technical issues that prevent report access, confirmed on our end

5. Intellectual Property

  • Reports generated by the platform are licensed for personal or internal business use only.

6. AI and Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Our reports are partially generated using machine learning models and are based on publicly available social media information. While we aim for high accuracy:

  • AI-generated outputs are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Engagement metrics, sentiment, and fake follower assessments are probabilistic in nature.
  • You understand and accept that the insights are informational only and not intended for legal, financial, or business-critical decisions.

We are not responsible for damages arising from reliance on such outputs.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
