At Dragdo.live, we are committed to delivering high-quality Instagram and TikTok analytics reports in a timely and efficient manner. Please read the following terms carefully to understand how our report delivery process works.
1. Delivery Method
All reports are generated digitally and delivered via:
- Email to the address provided at checkout
No physical goods are shipped.
2. Delivery Timeframe
Report generation begins immediately after your order is confirmed. Depending on current server load, time of day, and the complexity or type of report ordered, delivery time may range from 30 minutes to 6 hours.
Estimated delivery breakdown:
- Standard reports: 30 minutes to 2 hours
- AI-enhanced or multi-profile reports: 2 to 6 hours
Delays may occur during high-demand periods, scheduled maintenance, or if the submitted username is inactive, banned, or inaccessible due to privacy settings.
3. Delivery Confirmation
You will receive a delivery confirmation once your report is ready. If you do not receive the report within 6 hours:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Verify that the username you submitted is correct and public
- Contact our support team at support@dragdo.live
4. Failed or Delayed Deliveries
We reserve the right to cancel and refund your order if:
- The submitted username is invalid or private
- The report cannot be generated due to platform restrictions or downtime
- Fraud or misuse is detected
We do not take responsibility for delays caused by third-party platform outages (e.g., Instagram or TikTok API changes).
5. Time Zone and Business Hours
Orders are processed 24/7. However, customer support is available during regular business hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 (GMT+3)
